Climate NOW partners with educators to bring in Climate NOW to teach students about the climate crisis. Climate NOW has presented to elementary, middle, and high schools across the world.

Climate NOW has 10 actions a young person can take and youth who complete all 10 actions are recognized as Climate NOW Heroes

CLIMATE ACTION CRASH COURSE WEBINAR SERIES

In 2021 Climate NOW hosted a total of 4 webinars throughout the month of April for young people to learn more about climate change and their relationship with the environment. Climate NOW partnered with celebrity Alyssa Milano and chocolate brand Tonyโ€™s Chocolonely to do a giveaway during the event. Over 100 attendees, 30 panelists, and 12 organizations attended the webinars.

I Believe Music Video

In 2019 Climate NOW produced โ€œI Believeโ€, a music video to inspire climate action. Climate NOW choreographed a group of highschool dancers to perform to the song I Believe from the Broadway musical, Spring Awakening.

Climate Strikes

Throughout 2019 and 2020 Climate NOW hosted climate strikes in the San Francisco Bay Area with the organization Seniors For Peace. Every Friday Climate NOW brought students out to strike with senior citizens for climate justice.

Corte Madera Climate Action Committee

Climate NOW supported the adoption of the Corte Madera Climate Action Committee. The committee is composed of community leaders fighting for climate neutrality in the town of Corte Madera.

4th of July Parade 2019

In 2019, Climate NOW participated in the 2019 4th of July Parade to bring awareness to the urgency of the climate movement. Climate NOW rallied together a group of 20+ young people and were supported by Congressman Jared Huffman.
